Hontiveros: PH not ready for RCEP

THE country is not yet ready to be part of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), Sen. Risa Hontveros said.

Hontiveros said on Tuesday that RCEP threatens the country's local output with the influx of imported products.
