PPA creates San Carlos Port Services to operate PTB

THE Philippine Ports Authority said the PPA-Passenger Terminal Building-San Carlos Port Services (PPA-PTB SCPS) was created to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of services.

PPA Memorandum Order 007-2023 was approved to enable the PPA-PTB SCPS to manage, operate and maintain the PTB services at the Port of San Carlos, with powers, functions and duties as may be necessary to carry out its purpose.
