Period of mourning declared in NVizcaya

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: Newly installed Gov. Jose Gambito issued his first executive order (EO) declaring a period of mourning in the entire province until the interment of former governor Carlos Padilla.

Gambito, the elected vice governor, was officially sworn into office as the governor of Nueva Vizcaya on Friday afternoon, May 5, at the Provincial Capitol building here.
