BAGUIO CITY: The 22-year old son of a retired soldier and a housewife from Lipa City, Batangas is the top graduating cadet of the 311-strong Mandirigmang may Dangal Simbolo ng Galing at Pagbangon (Madasigon) Class of 2023 of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA).
Cadet first-class Warren D. Leonor, who will be joining the Philippine Air Force, will be receiving the Presidential Saber from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. during the PMA graduation rites on May 21, 2023.
