THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) has warned the traveling public about fake Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) certificates being sold by scammers.
The bureau issued the warning after two departing Filipinos at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) were found to be carrying fake GCP certificates.
