BMW has partnered with 19-year-old Filipino race car driver Eduardo Coseteng to strengthen the company's presence in the world of motorsports. RSA Motors recently signed an agreement to support Coseteng's participation in the 2023 ADAC GT Masters GT3 Season with Schubert Motorsport. Coseteng's racing career began with competitive kart racing at a young age, and he has set notable records all over Europe and other parts of the world, including an unbeaten record in the Macau Karting Grand Prix in 2019 and a Vice Championship at the IAME SEA Series in 2017.
In October 2022, Coseteng secured his first race win at the ROKiT F4 British Championship, showcasing his racing abilities and his potential to elevate the Philippines' status on the world stage. Pre-season testing for the 2023 racing season will begin in May, with the first race scheduled to take place on June 9-11, 2023, at the Hockenheimring in Germany. Coseteng will be racing with a BMW M4 GT3 for the entire season, which combines recognizable features and designs from the M4 production model that are optimized to enhance performance and efficiency.
