Jobless rate dips to 4.7% in March

(UPDATE) UNEMPLOYMENT slightly improved in March from a month earlier, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Monday.

The country's jobless rate slightly declined to 4.7 percent from 4.8 percent. The unemployed numbered 2.42 million, down from February's 2.47 million and the 2.87 million in March last year.
