Japan-supported Metro Manila subway kicks off construction

Embassy of Japan's Minister for Economic Affairs of the Nihei Daisuke attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Contract Package 102 of the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) on April 28.

This project is supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
