As part of the jury of the Southeast Asian Film Festival, I finally finished watching the Festival's featured thirty (30) international films. This experience brought so many emotions because I finally got to see some of the grantees of the film incentive scheme my administration created at the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP).
