AI-assisted X-ray to be used in lung cancer screening

ASTRAZENECA Philippines has partnered with the Cancer Council of the Philippines (CCPH) and the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) to allow 500,000 Filipinos to be screened against lung cancer using an artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted chest X-ray technology.

The partnership was signed in ceremonies held in Mandaluyong City on Wednesday.
