Dear PAO,
I have not used my service incentive leave (SIL) since I became an employee in 2015. I was fired sometime in 2019, so I requested the commutation of my accumulated SIL in the same year. Unfortunately, my employer refused to compensate me for my accrued SIL. Can I still file a case this year to claim the said benefit?
