PHNOM PENH, Cambodia: Precious Cabuya clocked in a world record time to rule the women's individual obstacle course race on Saturday, May 6 in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games at the Chroy Changvar Convention Center car park.
Cabuya timed 32.73 seconds as she gave the Philippines its third gold medal in the biennial meet.
