Marcos protects workers' right to organize

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has ordered the creation of an inter-agency committee tasked to reinforce and protect the freedom of association and the right to organize of workers in the country.

Through Executive Order (EO) 23, the President formed the Inter-Agency Committee for the Protection of the Freedom of Association and Right to Organize of Workers, which will be chaired by the executive secretary.
