WASHINGTON, D.C.: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday (local time) is confident the Philippines and the United States are "back on the normal road" of partnership after some years of treading the rocky path.
Speaking before the Center for Strategic and International Studies on the last day of his five-day official working visit here, Marcos said he looks forward to strengthened relations between the two countries toward a "common goal of peace and prosperity for our peoples."
