THE Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) chairman, Dr. J. Prospero de Vera 3rd, visited the Occidental Mindoro State College (OMSC) on Wednesday during "Talk to Popoy — a meet and greet activity" in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
His visit aims to see the status of improvements and infrastructure projects of the college, especially those related to universityhood, and see what needs to be established as part of his monitoring efforts since he was appointed as chairman.
