LEGAZPI CITY: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) disqualified Legazpi City Mayor Geraldine Barrameda-Rosal for violation of the Omnibus Election Code in the May 9, 2022 polls.
In a 17-page decision, the Comelec en banc proclaimed then Ako Bicol representative Alfredo Garbin as mayor.
