LPA likely to develop into tropical depression, to be named 'Betty'

THE low pressure area (LPA) off Palawan is likely to develop into a tropical depression within 24 hours and will have its domestic name 'Betty,' the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.
