Filipino pastor in Germany discovers life-changing mission with seafarers

JOEL Ciprez never had an inkling that he would someday be boarding ships and serving seafarers.

The man did not come from a seafaring family, had no maritime connections, and spent a good number of years working in Dubai as an import-export and sales executive. He divided his time between work and pastoral duties for the Word International Ministries.
