IF you don't know it yet, amortization of cars can now be stretched up to seven years. If one would like to decrease the monthly payment for a brand new car, it can be done now. There's a major bank in the country that has pioneered the extension of the prevailing 60-month maximum amortization to 84.

In consonance with the launch of its recent Hot Summer Promo that aims to strengthen the capacity of the Filipinos to avail auto and housing loans, BPI announced that it is now possible to acquire a brand new car under a 72- or 84-monthly amortization arrangement. This is under the flexible MyKotse program initiated by the BPI recently and will be a continuing program even after the promo is over.
