THE Asian Development Bank (ADB) awarded a grant worth $450,000 to a location information and satellite intelligence startup to create a tool for disaster management and urban planning.
The grant was given to Tokyo-based LocationMind Inc., which will serve as the primary developer of the poverty impact and vulnerability evaluation (PIVE) tool.
