TUGUEGARAO CITY: Cagayan Gov. Manuel Mamba on Friday, April 28, posted bail after a warrant of arrest was issued against him in connection with a cyberlibel case filed by Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile at the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 137 in Makati City.
The case has been pending at the sala of Makati RTC 137 Presiding Judge Ethel Villena Mercado-Gutay, who issued the arrest warrant. Governor Mamba, along with co-accused Rogelio Sending Jr., posted bail at the sala of Tuguegarao RTC Branch 3 Judge Marivic Cacatian-Beltran late Friday.
