THE Public Attorney's Office (PAO) asked Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo to reconsider the "conflict of interest" provision in the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability where two public lawyers will go against each other in one case.
The provision was approved by the Supreme Court.
