Marcos hails workers

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday recognized the Filipino workers' vital role in shaping the nation and ramping up the economy.

In his message on Labor Day, the Chief Executive said Filipinos should have better employment opportunities and improved living and social conditions which are 'essential to the sustenance of a soaring economy and in laying the groundwork' for important industries.
