Assignment of domestic workers to non-household work would make them regular employees of such enterprise

Dear PAO,

I was originally employed as a domestic helper. My employer's house is located on the second floor of the building, while his small trading store is located on the first floor. When one of his salesladies retired, I was asked to cover for her work in the meantime. I thought it was only going to be for a few days, but it has already been four months, and yet my salary did not change. What is the status of my employment? Should I be paid based on our contract as a domestic helper or based on the actual task assigned to me as a saleslady?
