PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and first lady Marie Louise "Liza" Araneta-Marcos will be flying to the United Kingdom (UK) to attend the coronation of King Charles 3rd next week, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said Friday.
In a pre-departure press briefing in Malacañang, DFA spokesman Ma. Teresita Daza said that the President and the first lady have been invited to attend the coronation ceremony that will take place at Westminster Abbey on Saturday, May 6, with the service to be conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.
