QUEZON CITY First District Rep. Juan Carlos "Arjo" Atayde highlighted that fighting disinformation and fake news on social media involves the improvement and establishment of public city libraries, as well as the continuous expansion or upgrading of school libraries not just in Quezon City but also throughout the country.
Atayde, who spoke during the opening of the new state-of-the-art library at Bagong Pag Asa Elementary School in Quezon City on Thursday, believes that libraries will play an important part in students' academic achievement.
