A blaze engulfed a public market in Manila on Friday night, according to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) office.
In a post on its Facebook page on Friday, the Manila DRRM office reported that fire broke out at Pritil Market in Tondo at 10:43 p.m.
