QC judge drops Dengvaxia case

QUEZON CITY Regional Trial Court Branch 94 Judge Roslyn Tabara-Tria inhibited herself from handling the case filed by parents of children whose deaths were linked to the controversial dengue vaccine Dengvaxia.

Tabara-Tria said that she is the wife of Albert Tria, the legal counsel of ex-Health secretary and now Iloilo Rep. Janette Garin's co-accused, Maria Lourdes Santiago.
