METRO Manila Council chairman and San Juan City Mayor Francisco Javier "Francis" Zamora vowed to discuss the possibility of regulating the water use of certain establishments to help ease the water crisis in the National Capital Region.
Zamora's assurance stemmed from the appeal of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) to local government units to draw up plans for water conservation.
