10 ex-rebels in Bulacan receive cash aid

TEN former rebels received livelihood assistance during a payout activity held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium on Monday.

Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando said this is part of the government's efforts to help them start a new life away from armed conflict.
