(UPDATE) DISMISSED police master sergeant Rodolfo Mayo Jr. faced members of the House Committee on Dangerous Drugs on Wednesday as it looked into the seizure of over 900 kilos of shabu in Tondo, Manila last October.
Mayo, who is detained, attended the investigation via teleconference. However, he evaded answering most of the questions, invoking his right to remain silent.
