TO enrich civil servants' knowledge and address competency gaps in the workforce, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Wednesday encouraged government employees to enroll and participate in the learning and development (L&D) programs being offered by the agency's Civil Service Institute (CSI).
"The CSC continues to offer training courses to more competent and reliable leaders and civil servants who can face the challenges of the new normal towards quality public service," CSC Chairman Karlo Nograles said in a statement.
