I have been married for 10 years. Lately, we have been quarreling even on small matters. In the past years, I have always made the first move in order to iron out our conflict. But now, I am already fed up. I feel that I really have an unsatisfactory marriage, and I am no longer content with my wife. Someone told me to file a petition for declaration of marriage on the grounds of psychological incapacity. I just need a psychologist to support my petition. Is unsatisfactory marriage a ground for the court to grant my petition?
