TRADE Secretary Alfredo Pascual commended the improvement of the Philippines' logistics sector despite garnering a low score on the ease of arranging competitively priced international shipments to markets.
Pascual said in a statement on Tuesday that "the Philippines' significant improvement in terms of logistics performance is a testament of the joint efforts being done by the government in collaboration with the private sector to address supply chain challenges, reduce cost, improve timeliness and ensure reliability of shipments."
