Rain or Shine fines Beau Belga

THE management of Rain or Shine slapped a hefty fine equivalent to 15 days worth of salary on burly center Beau Belga for his participation in a non-sanctioned exhibition game in Cebu over the weekend.

The decision was made by the team's top-level management following its Tuesday morning meeting with Belga at the Rain or Shine head office in Pasig City.
