TARLAC: Women detainees are set to maximize their potential while serving their terms as the Tarlac State University (TSU) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) signed an agreement for their training.
The memorandum of agreement was signed to push a three-year extension services program called "Hiraya: Isang Landas Pasulong" which aims to capacitate BJMP personnel and persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) under the custody of the Tarlac City Jail Female Dormitory.
