BI welcomes new deputy commissioner

THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) welcomes the appointment of lawyer Joel Anthony Viado as its new deputy commissioner.

Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco said Viado holds a degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines (UP), where he also graduated law. He took the Philippine Bar in 1999.
