The question of Taiwan

FIRST THINGS FIRST

IF war (as feared) breaks out between China and the US, it would be mainly because of the superpower rivalry between the two giants, or specifically because China, as announced, has decided to physically reintegrate Taiwan into the mainland, and the US, also as announced, has decided to intervene militarily in favor of Taiwan.

The war would distress all but surprise no one. If the Philippines gets sucked into it, the majority of our people would not know why it happened.
