THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) announced on Saturday the arrest of a South Korean wanted by authorities in Seoul for swindling a compatriot in a fraudulent sale transaction.
In a statement, Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco identified the fugitive as Park Sang Hyun, 63.
