CHR condemns NPA for killing farmer, carpenter

THE Commission on Human Rights (CHR) condemned the New People's Army (NPA) for killing a farmer and a carpenter in Negros recently.

The CHR said this is a brazen violation of the right to life committed by the NPA in Negros Island against farmer Danilo Bedaja, 63, and carpenter Armando Babor, 33, in separate incidents.
