Dengvaxia trial may resume with new judge

STALLED after the inhibition of a trial court judge accused by parents for being 'partial and unfair,' the Dengvaxia case is expected to roll again with a new family court judge.

Public Attorney's Office (PAO) chief Persida Rueda-Acosta told The Manila Times that the case has been raffled off to the sala of Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 94 Judge Roslyn Rabara-Tria.
