To celebrate the gift of life, Connie Guanzon Garcia hosted a sumptuous Cantonese lauriat lunch for her husband Ambassador Victor Garcia 3rd who had a long and distinguished career in the Philippine foreign service, spanning 39 years with diplomatic postings in New York, Rome, Los Angeles, Kobe/Osaka, Vienna and Moscow.

Among the guests were the Ambassador Tull Traisorat of Thailand, Ambassador Antonio da Silva of Brazil, Ambassador of Vietnam Hoang Huy Chung, Ambassador Shambhu Kumaran of India, Ambassador Alvaro Jura of Chile, Honorary Consul General of Monaco Fortune Ledesma and Honorary Consul Benjie Atilano of Marshall Islands.
