Shang Properties nets P3.63B in 2022

SHANG Properties Inc. earned P3.63 billion in 2022, 67.49 percent higher than the P2.12 billion in 2021 as revenues rose across all business segments.

Consolidated revenues rose to P7.86 billion, a 71.86-percent jump from P4.57 billion. These came from condominium sales and rentals as well as cinema and hotel operations of Shangri-La at the Fort.
