Empire East profit down 10% to P715M

PROPERTY developer Empire East Land Holdings Inc. posted a consolidated net income of P715.37 million last year, down 10.3 percent from P797.09 million in 2021.

Operating expenses amounted to P1.10 billion, a decline from P1.30 billion a year earlier. Other expenses including finance costs, however, increased to P398.80 million from P367.40 million.
