BUDGET carrier Cebu Pacific on Friday resumed flights out of its hub in Clark, strengthening connectivity for passengers from North and Central Luzon.
The airline flew inaugural flights from Clark to Bacolod, Boracay, Davao and Bangkok. The budget carrier previously announced it would operate a combined 15 destinations from Clark.
