THE Department of Science and Technology Regional Office 1 (DoST-I), through the Provincial Science and Technology Office (PSTO) – Pangasinan, conducted a blended planning activity for government and educational institutions in the province of Pangasinan, under the Community Empowerment through Science and Technology (CEST) program.

The learning event held from March 28 to 29 was participated in by representatives from the LGU-Bolinao and Dagupan, Technical Education And Skills Development Authority (Tesda) Pangasinan Provincial Office, Pangasinan State University (PSU), Universidad de Dagupan (UdD), and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Provincial Fisheries Office — Pangasinan (BFAR PFO-PANG).
