PAMPANGA Gov. Dennis "Delta" Pineda has offered a P1-million cash reward to anyone who can provide leads for the arrest of those who ambushed the province's legal officer. Gerome Tubig was shot on board his parked car in Barangay Sto. Rosario, City of San Fernando on Monday.
Pineda offered the reward to anyone who can identify those responsible for the shooting."I will give P1 million to anyone who can provide information about the names and locations of the perpetrators," the governor said.
