Breast health should be in curriculum – expert

AS part of the efforts to intensify breast cancer awareness, an expert said that breast health should be included in the Department of Education (DepEd) curriculum.

'I think the most effective way of raising awareness is to partner with DepEd,' said Dr. Jorge Ignacio, the head of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) Cancer Institute, at a Kapihan sa Manila Bay media forum on Wednesday.
