TO further strengthen its international linkages, the Cagayan State University (CSU) has officially partnered with the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Malaysia, the newest among its international partners.
According to CSU President Urdujah Alvarado, the partnership was formally forged through a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with UTM during a virtual signing ceremony via Zoom on April 17, 2023.
