TWO groups have expressed interest in establishing nickel processing ventures in the Philippines, a senior Trade department official said on Tuesday.
"There is both a Chinese group and non-Chinese group that are interested in nickel processing," Trade Undersecretary Ceferino Rodolfo told reporters at the sidelines of a Management Association of the Philippines forum.
